SHOT
A small action-puzzle, incremental game where players strategically bounce shots to chain kills with satisfying game feel and permanent, mechanics-altering upgrades between runs.
(Nguyen Dang Khoa)
Gamer and Unity developer with 1 year of professional experience and
2+ years of indie game dev. I build clean architecture, satisfying game feel,
and the occasional bug feature.
Hi again! I'm a Unity gameplay programmer who gets way too excited about clean architecture. I build scalable systems, modular code and maintainable C# that doesn't turn into spaghetti.
I love designing unique mechanics and extensible tools, and making systems that stay flexible as a project grows.
Although I'm primarily a coder, I love learning the other sides of game dev too: Shader Graph, VFX, pixel art, game design, music and SFX, you name it.
Levels are self-reported. No cheat codes were used. Probably.
Games I've built, shipped, or survived a game jam with.
A small action-puzzle, incremental game where players strategically bounce shots to chain kills with satisfying game feel and permanent, mechanics-altering upgrades between runs.
A 2D top-down puzzle where players have to control all bunnies simultaneously to reach their goal.
A 3D singleplayer or co-op multiplayer game for both PC and console where players collaborate to cook and deliver food within a time limit.
A game where you play as Robby the Raccoon and sneak through procedurally generated houses to collect shiny treasures and avoid guards.
A 2D puzzle platformer where the color of the mask you wear filters out the part of the level you see.
A simple, classic cellular automaton optimized using Unity Compute Shaders.
A grid-based incremental game about bees with multiple flower types, bee types, tiles, and upgrades. I only helped with the art and game design in this project.
A mobile casual simulation game with a variety of levels, roguelike upgrades, and different weapons.
A mobile word puzzle game where players solve category-based word challenges across themed packs such as animals, sports, food, and more.
A mobile mahjong-based game where players match emoji/word tiles based on their categories.
Pixel art, proudly stuck on with tape.
Some assets drawn in Aseprite for the Godot project.
